THIS IS A GAME OF SKILL. THE OBJECTIVE SCORING CRITERIA SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL BE USED TO DETERMINE WINNERS. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN V.TRADE ARENA CONSTITUTES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THESE RULES.

Tradershub, thru its V.Trade Arena, offers stock competition. There are NO FEES to enter the competition.

Eligibility
All registered Members of Tradershub.net are eligible to participate in the V.Trade Competition.

Game of Skill
The winners of a V.Trade Competition are determined by the trades entered by participants, the skills of the participants in selecting stocks and the Total Value of the participants' portfolios at the completion of the competition.

Total Value = V-Cash + V-Portfolio + Open Short Value + Open Short Profit and Loss

Contest Term
V.Trade Arena run from beginning of the month thru to the end of the month, unless otherwise noted.The actual start and end date will be make known as the competition approaches.

Prize Awards
There are currently no awards for top traders.

As V.Trade Arena are designed to test investors' and Traders ability to earn money with stocks trading on the Singapore stock exchange as well as World Indices, you are strongly encourage to adhere to the guideline. IN EVENT OF FRAUD OR UNETHIC WAY OF ENGAGING THE COMPETITION, TRADERSHUB.NET RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO VOID ALL SUSPECTED TRADE OR TERMINATE THE ELIGIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANTS.

Participants are strictly prohibit to share their user account with other entity. Multiple-accounts from a single user are also strictly disallowed. In event of suspected sharing of account and using of multiple-accounts to participate in the competition, Tradershub.net reserved the rights to terminate the eligibility of the participants.

Resolution of Competition Problems
Tradershub.net reserves the right to adjust and/or invalidate any transaction, liquidate any position, or disqualify any competitor for any reason without prior notice. Prices and corporate action information are received from major pricing services that we believe to be reliable, but price and data mistakes can happen. Web site outages, slow trade fills, and inaccurate price fills do occur. In any event, prices and total returns will be calculated by Tradershub, its affiliates, and any independent contractor engaged by Tradershub to assist in moderating Tradershub.net, and their judgment regarding appropriate and accurate accounting will be final.
